Background:

The client’s total assets are over $60 billion USD, and its revenue is over $13 billion USD annually. The client plans to provide 100% clean power by 2030.

Challenges:

Before implementing SoftClouds solution, the client used an outdated knowledge management (KM) platform called eInfo. Customer assistance employees didn’t have an easy way to access the system and relied on using SharePoint. This platform had ineffective workflow management with limited KM functionality. Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) integration wasn’t possible, and the solution provided minimal reporting and analytics. Employees had to look for data across multiple applications when they needed analytics or reports.
