Their solutions ensure compliance, improve energy efficiency, and reduce waste in utility management. They were purchased by a large global scientific Fortune 500 company based in the USA.
Challenges:
Before implementing SoftClouds’ solutions, the client had trouble using their previous platform, especially searching for customer data and accessing analytics. They needed better workflow and knowledge management functionality to improve their customer experience.

- Development of a custom data migration utility to migrate data to Salesforce Knowledge.
- Our data migration utility worked efficiently by extracting the data, applying ETL processing on extracted data within the utility, pushing the data into Salesforce using KM API, and generating a report for data validation.
