The client is the largest distributor of Eaton Aeroquip fluid conveyance products, and a distributor of Flexfab, LORD, and Thermoid parts. The company was awarded AS9100 certification in 2006 for quality management systems for a distributor, for assembly of OEM components, and as a manufacturer of engine harnesses.
Challenges
Before implementation of SoftClouds’ solutions, the client encountered various challenges like dealing with an outdated CRM application, along with the following:

- Synchronization challenges between Oracle EBS and CRM OD
