Challenges

Before implementation of SoftClouds’ solutions, the client encountered various challenges like having two different systems for their marketing and e-commerce functions, along with the following:

  • eCommerce wasn’t available on mobile platforms due to the limitation of Salesforce Classic
  • Security breach during order checkout
  • Not able to advertise online effectively
  • No real-time inventory
