Technical Lead


San Diego, CA/Remote

Lead planning, analysis, design, development, coding, script, configuration, mapping, customization, enhancement, modification, testing, and implementation of complex CRM, Siebel, and Oracle including Oracle CRM ON Demand applications using Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle Engagement Cloud, Siebel 8.x, 8.0, 7.8, 7.7. 7.5, 6.x versions and tools, Oracle 8i, 10g, 11i, Oracle CRM On Demand R19, SQL Server 2000 & PLSQL. Outline and guide code and programming process steps. Lead consultation with applications/project management and plan and propose requirements, specifications, and standards. Review and confirm execution of applications. Review, guide on, oversee and approve design documents, design user interface, migration of data, and creation of workflows for automation. Lead and review systems integration, software evaluation, database analysis, performance analysis and tuning, and problem tracking. Lead technical analysis of products or applications hardware and software. Approve creation and design custom reports. Direct to identify and resolve performance issues and instruct to follow best practices. Lead performing Siebel Configuration, Workflow, Business Services, eScript, and Web Services-related development tasks. Lead building Siebel EAI components for integration. Provide technical guidance in Oracle database development and support. Confirm, review, and lead performance of unit and system integration testing, and test artifacts. Work with functional and technical personnel and management. Review and approve documenting program code, development, design, and implementation processes. Ensure quality assurance and lead fixing defects. May require travel/relocation to unanticipated work locations within USA.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field required.
