Job Overview:

SoftClouds is seeking a talented Oracle Fusion ERP Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Payment/Accounts Receivable (AR) modules to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion ERP applications, primarily focusing on the Order-to-Cash process.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and customizing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, with a strong focus on the Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Payment/AR modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline the Order-to-cash process, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory management, and payment collection.
  • Create and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and other systems as needed for seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and extensions to meet specific business requirements.
  • Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion ERP applications, investigate, and resolve issues, and optimize
    performance.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and changes made to the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Perform thorough testing of Oracle Fusion ERP applications to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT team members, sharing best practices and insights on Oracle Fusion ERP.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion ERP development, particularly in Order Management, Inventory, Supply
    Chain, and Payment/AR modules.
  • Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and its integration with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP technologies, including Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Business Process Management (BPM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA Suite, and Web Services.
  • Strong programming skills in PL/SQL, Java, and other relevant languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Oracle Fusion ERP certification is a plus.

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
